Old Key West Exercise Room at Disney’s Old Key West Resort- features stair climbers, ellipticals and other cardio equipment as well as free weights and weight machines. A sauna is located in the lighthouse by the main pool.
Sturdy Branches Health Club at Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge features cardio equipment and weights
Ship Shape Massage Salon Fitness at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort- features functional, cardio or strength training equipment

Currently, Spa Services are only available at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, however when full service returns you will find on site spa locations at: Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Yacht Club Resort, the Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, and Coronado Springs.
