When you visit Disneyland in Anaheim, California, you get to see the original park, where Walt Disney first brought his vision to life, where kids of all ages can go on adventures and leave the real world behind for a while. It is truly special. In Anaheim, there are two theme parks: Disneyland Park, home of the Sleeping Beauty castle, Mickey’s Toontown, and Galaxy’s Edge as well as Disney California Adventure Park, which opened in 2001, home to Pixar Pier, Carsland, and Avengers Campus.

These parks are more compact than the parks in Florida, but they have a lot to offer in less space. Disneyland Park, in particular, has so much to offer. It truly takes more than one day to enjoy everything. If you are on a tight budget, the minimum I recommend is two days at Disneyland Park and one day at Disney California Adventure Park. You should be able to explore all of your top-priority attractions and night-time shows in that amount of time. If you can swing it, three days at Disneyland Park and two days at Disney California Adventure would be even better. That would give you time to appreciate everything these parks have to offer and really soak in all the magic. Whether you go for three days or five days, you’re sure to have a magical time with your loved ones at the happiest place on earth!
