Commission Inquiries

If it is more than 30 days past when you were expecting to receive commission for a guest’s vacation or you received an amount that you weren’t expecting, you may submit a commission research form. After you do that, I will contact the vendor to see what we can do to have the commission payment paid out. Sharing as many details as you can and filling out this form completely gives me the information that I need to complete the research process- any missing information may mean that I am unable to submit an inquiry on your behalf.

Please note that payments from vendors are completely out of our control and the research process can take several months to a year (yes it’s insane, but it has happened with several vendors!)

Any invoices that are not correctly set up or are not entered at all will have their commission held for 60 days after collection, after which the commission is forfeited, as outlined in your contract.
