There are many parts to this interview including a sample email to a client, some personality questions, and then a check to see if you are willing to meet the expectations for the role.

We have been told by friends and family that we should stay on property, but we don’t know what the perks to doing so are. We would like to visit for one week. There are times where agency trips are planned solely for agents with a focus on education and experiencing specific things at certain destinations. Family is not welcome on these trips because there is not time to spend with them! We also have plenty of opportunities where family is welcome.

In order to perform this job, you will need to have reliable internet access, a computer that is able to perform well on more complex websites, as well as a working and reliable cell phone. You will be required to complete the Accelerator Program with the class starting January 1, 2023. The program will last twelve weeks with tasks and assignements to help you grow assigned and due throughout. Are you able to commit to completing this? *

Of course if something significant comes up in your life, we are able to give you some grace as long as you communicate those needs with us. However, it is important to try to stay on track.

In order to successfully complete the Accelerator program, you will need to be able to dedicate roughly 10-20 hours per week to your business. If you do not successfully complete the program, your contract will be terminated. Are you able to make that sort of time commitment? *

There are not set work hours for the program - you can work on it whenever is good for you. We just want to make sure you understand what it's going to take to be successful! If you are able to dedicate more time, that's amazing and will only get you further!

The non-refundable annual fee, which includes your agency email address, business cards, and covers basic E&O insurance, is $300, payable prior to starting any of the training or receiving access to your agency email. Are you prepared to pay for this within 3 days of signing a contract with us? *

The fee is due with each contract that is signed - contracts for the following calendar year are sent out in the last quarter of each year. Your contract would be considered a 2023 contract.

The only other cost of business that is required and run through the agency is our CRM (customer relations manager) that acts as your portal for servicing clients and tracking bookings as well as Facebook Workplace, which is how we communicate as an agency, distribute trainings, and connect as a team. These costs are payable at $25 per month OR with a discount for annual payments at the rate of $240. You will be able to choose whether you pay monthly or annually and this will be included in your invoice along with your annual fee. *
